You would join our Legal Team, based out of the Milan office and will report to the Team Lead Legal. About The Role As a Junior Legal Specialist you will support the Legal team on the core day-by-day activities and you will be responsible for handling claims with the internal and external stakeholders, offering the best solution in a timely manner. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: <ul> <li>handle claims and manage relationships with the parties involved (e.g., insurance brokers, customers, carriers, etc.);</li> <li>support the negotiation and drafting of a wide range of domestic and international contracts;</li> <li>ensure ongoing compliance with GDPR and in general with Italian and European legislation;</li> <li>verify and validate procurement processes in collaboration with relevant departments;</li> <li>coordinate with the various functions for legal issues in the business environment.</li> </ul> PREFERABLY YOU HAVE: <ul> <li>2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in a logistics field;</li> <li>a law degree (the completed forensic practice is a plus);</li> <li>great problem-solving skills as well as an entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting;</li> <li>great communication and negotiation skills and a goal-oriented approach;</li> <li>the ability to communicate fluently both in Italian and English;</li> <li>ability to work independently with attention to detail and follow-through even working on a wide range of projects;</li> <li>a good knowledge and use of MS Office.</li> </ul> ABOUT sennder sennder Italia, based in the heart of Milan, is a joint venture company between <a href="https://www.sennder.com/blog">sennder</a> and <a href="https://www.posteitaliane.it/it/purpose.html">Poste Italiane.</a> Our company matches the digital and innovative focus on technologies and digitalization of sennder with the expertise and know-how of the largest distribution network in Italy, Poste Italiane.
