Location: Bonn, Germany or Ljubljana, Slovenia – On-site WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU? <ul> <li>Be the primary point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance over a diverse range of software and hardware issues</li> <li>Be a point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance over a diverse range of software and hardware issues</li> <li>Deliver effective 1st level support on-site</li> <li>Assist in setting up and maintaining audio and video equipment</li> <li>Participate in testing and integrating new technologies into our existing IT infrastructure</li> <li>Create, update, and maintain comprehensive training materials and technical documentation</li> <li>Analyze support requests to uncover underlying issues and trends</li> <li>Contribute to the standardization and ongoing improvements of IT Support processes and service quality</li> </ul> WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? <ul> <li>Experience in a technical help desk or support role</li> <li>Specialized knowledge of IT and Apple technologies, particularly in managing a fleet of Mac and iPhone devices using asset management systems and administering those devices remotely</li> <li>Experience with ticketing/service desk applications (e.g. Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow)</li> <li>Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate technical content clearly</li> <li>Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt swiftly to constantly changing environments</li> <li>Ideally experience in one or more of the following areas: - Identity Management with Okta - Microsoft365 administration - Mobile device management (e.g. JAMF or Microsoft Intune) - Administration of Atlassian products (Confluence &amp; Jira)</li> </ul> SAP LeanIX is a market leader for enterprise architecture management (EAM), driving the modernization of IT landscapes and continuous business transformation.
