Our promise to our associates is rock-solid: we grow together, we enjoy our work, and we inspire each other. </strong><strong>Join in and feel the difference.                    </strong></p><p>The Robert Bosch GmbH is looking forward to your application!</p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Job Description</h2></div><div><ul><li>You work on the further development and implementation of concepts and methods for the LINUX-based EDA design environments with focus on analog/mixed signal ASIC design structure management for use in Automotive Electronics.</li><li>You support the usage and the development of the data management (including versioning) and the project setup/PDK infrastructure system in strong collaboration with other departments for ASIC Design world-wide.</li><li>You coordinate the release and further development of methods and tools to push the EDA vendors in close cooperation with the team.</li><li>You are supporting the world wide introduction of methods and tools including training of the users.</li><li>You coordinate the requirements of all design teams (worldwide, including future needs) and promote the generalization of project-specific solutions.</li><li>You collaborate with the IT-team in order to fullfil all specific requests (Linux-Server, Exceed-on-Demand, Grid, VMWare-ESX, Storage-systeme, etc.).</li><li>You ensure the operation and support within the CAD/IT-team for all Bosch ASIC designers world-wide.</li><li>You assist the quality requirements (e.g. ISO26262) for the EDA tools, for in-house developments and vendor products.</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li><strong>Education: </strong>completed university degree (Bachelor/Diploma/PhD) electrical engineering or a comparable subject with several years of professional experience</li><li><strong>Personality and Working Practice: </strong>ability to identify and analyse tasks efficiently within the scope of your work and to develop pragmatic application-specific solutions; pronounced ability to communicate; relevant experience in the methodology of problem solving as well as in the cooperation and coordination of international and cross-functional teams</li><li><strong>Experience and Knowledge: </strong>knowledge and experience in state of the art ASIC design tools (EDA-vendors e.g. Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor) and HW-development-methodologies and -tools (incl.
