Leveraging your extensive UX as well as UI expertise, your focus from the outset will be to make the solution simple and exciting for our customers. You will continuously ensure straightforward communication of the application for both installers and end-users.</li><li>Collaborating with the product owner, you will develop new business strategies, models and fields for the sector coupling product area, taking responsibility for software as well as service solutions for our customers across Europe. The primary emphasis here is on simple and appealing digital energy-saving solutions.</li><li>Furthermore, you manage the market introduction process as well as the expansion of the software, including features, into international markets, acting as the ideal link between market and customer requirements on one side as well as the product development and implementation team on the other.</li><li>Finally, you are constantly interested in improving the product as well as enabling an effective sales and service concept, representing the product at trade shows as well as customer events.</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li><strong>Education: </strong>completed technical degree (Master's/Diploma) with a focus on Software Development</li><li><strong>Experience and Knowledge:</strong> several years of professional experience in product design with a customer-centric software focus as well as in developing business strategies and new business models incl. the successful implementation, expert knowledge in software development and digital system solutions, preferably in the energy sector, smart home or PV systems, market expertise in renewable energy is advantageous, diverse cross-industry experience is desirable</li><li><strong>Personality: </strong>communicative, team-oriented and proaktive with a hands-on mentality</li><li><strong>Working Practice:</strong> structured, analytical, self-driven as well as execution-focused with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset</li><li><strong>Languages: </strong>excellent written and spoken English and German skills</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p>You want to work part-time - we offer great opportunities for different part-time models or job-sharing.
