Job Description

Wolt for Work is a fast-growing B2B business at Wolt, aiming to become Germany's go-to platform for employee meal benefits. Originally a simple invoice payment method, WfW has expanded across 15 markets, with significant growth potential ahead.

To accelerate this, we're investing in making WfW the market standard for corporate food, grocery, and product delivery. Our platform helps businesses enhance employee satisfaction, team bonding, and office events through Wolt’s extensive delivery network.

We're now seeking a hands-on Team Lead to drive WfW’s growth. You'll manage a team of four sales and account managers, engage with clients, and collaborate across teams—including product, merchant, and marketing—to refine our offering. Data-driven and adaptable, you’ll play a key role in shaping our success.

What you'll be doing

  • Coach and manage your team:

    • Assessing individual performances of the team members and establishing solid performance management processes

    • Monitoring output metrics (activity levels, number of deals signed by source, revenue from new accounts etc.)

    • Motivate and coach the team to to establish career growth of individual members of the team (upskilling, mentoring)

  • Push sales and execution velocity yourself - own the most significant enterprise accounts and make the deals happen. Lead the conversation with global decision-makers in these corporations. Willingness to contribute to hands-on activities in a flat organization is the key!

  • Monitor the customer portfolio and take action to ensure our account management efforts are systematically growing revenue from existing clients.

  • Be on top of the numbers at all times: identify growth opportunities (such as untapped budgets, churned/dormant accounts, city/office/employee expansion, use case upsells etc.)

  • Work closely with the central WfW team to track progress on a frequent and granular level.

  • Acts as a bridge between the prospect and our product org to raise awareness on key product asks to unlock new accounts. Take the initiative to engage the Product team in conversations with the key partners.

  • Contribute to central planning and run sanity checks on central/top-down decisions

  • Most importantly, be part of the team!

Qualifications

  • Team management experience: Proven experience in leading a team within B2B sales or enterprise sector.

  • Strong sales skills, including identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue growth within existing accounts. Ability to build strong relationships and shape the product offering with central functions to address client needs.

  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical ability to translate data into actionable strategies. Comfortable analyzing sales metrics and producing relevant KPIs to improve performance and decision-making.

  • Attitude: Natural tendency for ownership with a get-stuff-done, entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to really own a project, work independently and ask for guidance when needed

  • Communication & Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in both English and German. Ability to collaborate effectively with global and local teams.
