We are growing rapidly and are now looking for a Operations Lead, HR Couriers to join our team in Berlin.As our Team Lead Couriers HR, you will ensure to have smooth people operations and best in class people support processes for our couriers. In our Operations team, no day is the same, so you need to be self-motivated, driven to succeed and have excellent interpersonal, and community-building skills! You have to be a top people manager who can be analytical but also hands-on.
