MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Duties and Responsibilities <ul><li>Participate in weekly of individual training</li><li>Participate in structured training as assigned, including policy training and other assigned trainings</li><li>Read and Study learning material provided to you by your manager.</li><li>Perform hands on duties under direct supervision examples include: testing , logistics etc.</li><li>Perform miscellaneous job-related tasks: These include, but are not limited to calendaring, e-mail correspondence, system testing and diagnostics and data entry.</li></ul> QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS <ul><li>Completed Master/Bachelor’s degree</li></ul>· Ability to communicate written and verbally in English and German at B2 or C1 level<ul><li>Experience with one or more cloud services</li><li>Experienced writing unit tests in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, Scala,JavaScript</li><li>knowledge of all phases of the SDLC, especially Agile/SCRUM</li><li>knowledge of SCRUM tools such as Jira and Confluence</li><li>knowledge in assessing risk for determining appropriate levels of testing</li><li>Ability to learn how to manage tasks against deadlines as well as mitigate risks</li><li>Must have a client service attitude and mindset for work prioritization and issue resolution</li><li>Must be able to appropriately and effectively interact with employees, contractors and clients</li><li>Ability and willingness to learn</li></ul> RAKUTEN SHUGI PRINCIPLES Our worldwide practices describe specific behaviors that make Rakuten unique and united across the world.
