Your responsibilities:<ul><li>Build -up stable process for Material Management</li><li>Coordinate, Lead and Monitor Material management in SAP for EU- and Imported tires in SAP in coordination with the different departments Marketing, Sales, Pricing etc.</li><li>Reporting</li><li>Coordination of the produced tires in Serbia Plant to get fair Share within the countries following the guideline of Sales Forecast or given Management decision.</li><li>Coordination / Alignment with Sales team concerning the critical sizes vs. Sales demand.</li><li>Monitoring of the EU stock and in the local warehouses (5) against defined Corridors</li><li>Monthly Reporting of Inventory Categorization and Evolution&nbsp;</li><li>Planning and Supply Projects</li><li>Operations Initiatives and Process Optimization Input</li><li>Continuous Improvement</li></ul> Your knowledge and experience:<ul><li>You have 1-3 years of well-founded professional experience in Supply Chain</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of Demand Planning forecast</li><li>Confident handling of MS Office&nbsp;</li><li>Outstanding analytic and communication skills</li><li>Fluent German and business fluent English</li></ul> Your personality:<ul><li>Strong hands-on mentality</li><li>Open for close contact to different departments getting knowledge/insight of overall process&nbsp;</li><li>High affinity for numbers</li><li>Analytical and communication skills</li><li>Systematic, independent and careful way of working</li></ul> Our offer:<ul><li>An interesting and responsible role, including a cross-departmental and an international working environment</li><li>Above average holiday</li><li>Annual christmas and holiday bonus</li><li>Good transport connections and free parking</li><li>Further social benefits such as travel allowance and participation in the catering program</li></ul> There are currently around 100 colleagues involved in our European society, of whose achievements we are very proud.
