You shape the further development of our DevOps culture within AVIV and enjoy the continuous optimization of DevOps processes.</p><p> </p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><p><strong>WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO WILL:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Be responsible for the functional management of an international DevOps team within the platform experience core team.</p></li><li><p>Be responsible for hiring, managing, mentoring, and coaching DevOps engineers</p></li><li><p>Work closely with other colleagues such as architects, software, security and QA engineers to accelerate the development of our agile teams by supporting and encouraging their autonomy through our DevOps culture.</p></li><li><p>Ensure that our products are created with a maximum of automation and documentation by using infrastructure as code and CI/CD.</p></li><li><p>Ensure an exchange on DevOps topics within the AVIV and the establishment of standards and educating best practices.</p></li><li><p>Ensure to be responsible for establishing new processes and further developing existing ones in close cooperation with the other DevOps managers from the DevOps Center of Excellence</p></li></ul><p><strong>AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Several years of professional experience in DevOps and leading a team in an agile environment</p></li><li><p>Already worked in an environment where the public cloud (such as AWS) was used</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring and know their benefits</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills, is an interdisciplinary team player and appreciates working in agile teams.</p></li><li><p>Good level of English to lead international colleagues.</p></li><li><p>Solution-oriented, systematic thinking and acting are your trademarks.</p></li><li><p>A passion for new challenges in a changing environment</p></li><li><p>Willingness to travel</p></li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p><strong>WHAT WE OFFER YOU:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Ability to work remotely</p></li><li><p>A brilliant team dedicated to continuing our quest for transparency in the real estate market</p></li><li><p>A technophile and stimulating work environment, management methods that encourage autonomy and leadership</p></li><li><p>An attractive salary package, in line with your experience.</p></li><li><p>Dynamic, open and collaborative company culture.</p></li></ul><p> </p><p>#LI-Hybrid </p></div></section></div>
