In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on overseeing all marketing activities, developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives, and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.</p> <p>Our Marketing team includes a group of curious, data-driven experts who help our portfolio companies grow their user base. Join a multinational team of bright individuals and be inspired to grow, innovate, and take responsibility from the get-go.</p> <h2><strong>In this role, you’ll:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across our portfolio and external partners to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and retention</li> <li>Identify and capitalise on emerging marketing trends and technologies, including AI, to ensure we stay ahead of the curve</li> <li>Provide expert marketing consultation to our portfolio companies, tailoring strategies to their unique business needs and market environments</li> <li>Facilitate workshops, trainings, and ongoing support to ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives</li> <li>Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence</li> <li>Utilise analytics and data-driven insights to optimise strategies and drive continuous improvement</li> <li>Prepare and present regular reports to the executive team, highlighting successes and areas for growth</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Your Profile</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role</li> <li>Proven experience in consulting and advising on marketing strategies for multiple businesses or clients</li> <li>Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand development, and performance marketing</li> <li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a data-driven approach to decision making</li> <li>Demonstrated success in managing budgets, marketing operations, and driving growth</li> <li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment</li> <li>Feeling comfortable getting your hands dirty to get things done</li> <li>Business fluent in German and English</li> </ul> <p>Please note that we are looking for support in our <strong>Berlin</strong>office.
