Job Description
- As part of our team, you will support experienced project managers in advising Bosch Home Comfort Group (HC) divisions on operational and strategic projects such as strategic realignment, portfolio optimization, restructuring, organizational development, business model development and process improvement.
- During your internship, you will work independently with the Performance Excellence team on project tasks and develop innovative and entrepreneurial solutions to improve performance.
- Furthermore, you have the opportunity to proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of our methodologies and toolsets.
- You will assist with projects in preparation for Steering Committee meetings with the Board of Management.
- In addition, you will have the chance to work with people from different departments, functions and levels around the world. By constantly being challenged with new and cross-functional tasks, you will have the opportunity to broaden your experience, learn and develop new knowledge and skills, and build a valuable network.
- Last but not least, you will learn and gain insights into strategic project management in a fast-growing company and highly dynamic market, financial due diligence, strategic financial steering, operational P and L analysis, theories and application of organizational development aspects and cross-functional insights into adjacent functions, e.g. process management, digitalization, portfolio planning, acquisitions, HR. Qualifications
- Education: advanced Bachelor (fourth semester) or Master studies with excellent academic achievements in the field of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: good knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; at least basic knowledge of finance/accounting; relevant internships in industry or consulting as well as international experience are an advantage
- Personality and Working Practice: analytical, strategic, conceptual, responsible, team and goal oriented
- Work Routine: remote work possible, only presence in Wernau for induction and regular check-ins required
- Enthusiasm: a passion for new ideas, challenging the status quo and developing solutions to real-world problems
- Languages: very good in German and English in written and spoken
