Omio has raised close to $300 million from renowned investors including Kleiner Perkins Caufield &amp; Byers, Silver Lake Kraftwerk, Kinnevek and Temasek.</p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Job Description</h2></div><div><p><strong>As a Performance Marketing Manager in Omio specializing in SEM, you will work on:</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and implement comprehensive SEM strategies to drive qualified traffic and maximize ROI across search engine platforms.</li><li>Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.</li><li>Manage all aspects of SEM campaigns, including budgeting, bidding, ad copy creation, and performance tracking.</li><li>Utilize industry tools and analytics platforms to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to align SEM efforts with overall marketing initiatives.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our SEM strategies remain innovative and effective.</li><li>Provide regular reporting and analysis of SEM performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><p><strong>What you should bring to the role:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Proven track record of driving successful SEM campaigns and achieving measurable results.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of SEM best practices, search engine algorithms, and keyword research tools.</li><li>Proficiency with SEM platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets to inform decision-making.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.</li><li>Google Ads certification or other relevant certifications preferred</li><li>Advancing web and app tracking infrastructure knowledge. </li><li>You should have strong knowledge of Google Ads as well as good knowledge of Google Analytics and solid Excel skills.</li><li>You are familiar with the major KPIs of the channel and metrics that influence KPI’s performance.</li><li>Extensive experience in campaign management and Automation</li><li>You have a strong analytical mindset and experience in processing a great amount of datasets and presenting insights.</li><li>Knowledge of any programming language such as python or SQL is considered to be a strong plus.</li><li>You are fluent in English; additional languages such as French and German would be beneficial.</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p><p><strong>What’s in it for you? #LifeAtOmio</strong></p><ul><li>Have an impact.
