<div><h2><strong>About the Job</strong></h2> <p>We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Project Lead to join our Marketing department leading various projects and a team of 2-4 marketers, including planning their personal development and goals.</p> <p>In your day-to-day work, you’ll focus on executing marketing strategies across various organic and paid channels for diverse portfolio companies.</p> <p>Our Marketing team includes a group of curious, data-driven experts who help our portfolio companies grow their userbase. Join a multinational team of bright individuals and be inspired to grow, innovate, and take responsibility from the get-go.</p> <h2><strong>In this role, you’ll:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Conceive and execute marketing strategies along an experimentation roadmap on various growth marketing channels (organic and paid) for multiple portfolio companies with different business models</li> <li>Run campaigns and experiments on various advertising networks (Facebook, Google Search, TikTok, Native, etc.) and test landing pages and creatives in alignment with given KPIs (CPO, CPL, CPA, ROI, ROAS, incrementality)</li> <li>Develop innovative account structures and strategies to achieve business goals, evaluate performance by conducting analysis, and create reports that support both past and future data-driven actions and hypotheses</li> <li>Liaise and communicate with diverse stakeholders (internal and external) in a convincing and effective manner about campaign and market development</li> <li>Collaborate with data teams to ensure accurate measurement (tracking and reporting), work together on advanced analysis, and brainstorm innovative automation solutions</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Your Profile</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Possess 5-7 years of professional experience in Growth Marketing within B2C and/or B2B</li> <li>Have an excellent understanding of Growth Marketing and its different channels and platforms, including but not limited to Facebook ads, Google ads, TikTok ads, Native ads, Apple search ads, Twitter ads, and YouTube ads</li> <li>Exhibit confidence in working with numbers and enjoy analyzing and interpreting data, with experience in implementing tracking and working with attribution</li> <li>Network naturally with the ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate with different teams, bridging marketing, sales, product, and data functions</li> <li>Adapt to fast-paced environments and challenging situations, learn quickly, and set new standards through hypothesis-driven approaches</li> <li>Communicate excellently, being business fluent in English and German</li> </ul> <p>Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlinoffice.
