Our goal is to continuously delight users with each release, fostering inspiration and trust in our app.</p> <h2>Tech Stack</h2> <p><a href="https://stackshare.io/raisin-gmbh/raisin">Check our tech stack here!</a></p> <h2>Your Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Lead the end-to-end delivery cycle, from quarterly planning to design, implementation, QA, and delivery, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.</li> <li>Cultivate an inspiring environment characterized by open communication and a culture of trust, fostering collaboration and innovation within the team.</li> <li>Proactively identify and address impediments and risks, offering timely solutions and mitigation plans to ensure project success.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Tech Lead, facilitating strategic planning and alignment with team objectives.</li> <li>Drive the OKR process for the team, from objective communication to defining key results, fostering team commitment and aligning individual targets with team goals.</li> <li>Recruit, hire, and onboard engineers, nurturing their growth and development in alignment with the company's objectives.</li> <li>Craft individual development plans for team members, identifying training opportunities and providing ongoing coaching and support.</li> <li>Recognize and reward high performance, establishing and maintaining strong performance standards for direct reports.</li> </ul> <h2>Your Profile</h2> <ul> <li>University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.</li> <li>Minimum of 3 years of leadership/people management experience.</li> <li>Strong hands-on experience (minimum 5 years) as a Mobile Application Engineer.</li> <li>Proficient in managing software projects collaboratively, with a focus on successful delivery.</li> <li>Comfortable engaging in open code and architecture discussions.</li> <li>Strong experience with React Native, including React Hooks, Redux, and TypeScript.</li> <li>Solid practical knowledge in app integration and delivery lifecycle, with experience in code signing and app store reviews. Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (e.g., Fastlane) is a plus.</li> <li>Fundamental experience in consuming RESTful APIs and building React Native UI components.
