- Proactively analysing our sales processes to extract insights, unlock potential, and set ambitious KPI targets.
- Taking charge of the sales process, overseeing the improvement of our Salesforce system, and establishing critical KPIs for the team.
- Diligently documenting and shaping workflows to boost sales performance and extract valuable insights for future expansion.
- Empowering the operative sales team with actionable recommendations and well-structured data.
- Enhancing the effectiveness of offers, expanding customer reach, and leading strategic evaluations of offers to uncover new opportunities.
- Improve our pricing strategy based on insights obtained from your thorough analysis.
- Improve all conversion rates by improving ideas and processes.
Qualifications
To connect with ecosio it is important to have…
- several years of professional experience in implementing Salesforce and setting up and further developing CRM databases.
- strong analytical skills in utilizing data to measure conversion rates along the sales cycle.
- experience in setting up, tracking and analysing KPIs.
- a very good command of written and spoken English (German is a plus).
- strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
