We create and maintain components, providing guidance and documentation<br> around its usage as well as governance processes. Via the design system we are<br> developing our cross brand design language and defining how brands are represented in<br> our interfaces.</p><p><strong>WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO CAN:</strong></p><ul><li>Actively drive the design and design language of a growing multi-brand design system together with the design system team.</li><li>Work closely with the Design System Manager to strengthen the collaboration with the product design community and actively promote the design system within the product teams.</li><li>Act as a role model for the direct colleagues and the product design community with profound experience in product design and design systems.</li><li>Act as a mentor and consultant and thus make a significant and measurable impact on the success of the design system and over all design quality.</li><li>Explore new and complex fields within our brands and platform to find scalable solutions that are meeting the needs of our customers.</li><li>Streamline design activities across various departments towards an excellent single solution.</li><li>Identify design improvements and translate as well as follow them through global initiatives.</li><li>Drive and steer cross functional partners and connected agendas to drive harmonisation within the organisation.</li><li>Create excellent design solutions and collaborate closely with development both from web and native mobile to bring them in front of our customers</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><p><strong>AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS / IS:</strong></p><ul><li>12+ years of experience working with UX, UI, and Design Systems or similar UX/UI digital focused role (creating digital experiences including interactions and outstanding visual appearance) in cross functional teams.</li><li>Proven knowledge of implementing design systems (Web and App) in complex environments. Experience in rolling out multi-brand design systems is a plus.</li><li>A role model as a design system designer and provides knowledge as well as mentorship to your colleagues hand in hand with the respective Manager of Design Systems</li><li>Advanced knowledge in accessibility and consider this from the beginning in your design solutions</li><li>A sense for global design trends and developments and act as an influencer in the product design community.</li><li>Is able to test design solutions together with our research team</li><li>Experience of how brand in product works and how to bring it into design systems in a scalable way</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p>Unlock your perfect job with us today and make an application.
