Rakuten Mobile Network is world’s&nbsp;first fully virtualized cloud native network. RAN is completely Open RAN 3GPP&nbsp;compliant design. Horizontal cloud is deployed in Far edge, edge, Regional and Central DCs. 4G and 5G services have been launched commercially in Japan.&nbsp; Rakuten is going to bring its network architecture to the world through the Rakuten Communication Platform (RCP). The final goal is to offer telco companies around the world a secure and open mobile network at high speed and low cost. RCP will provide access to Rakuten Mobile’s network design combining virtualization and automation, so that customers can purchase and deploy their network wherever they are in the world. As the Recruiter for Rakuten Germany, you will be responsible for running full-cycle recruiting experience, from&nbsp;<a rel="noopener noreferrer" href="https://resources.workable.com/blog/filling-your-talent-pool" target="_blank">talent sourcing</a>&nbsp;and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Design and implement overall recruiting strategy in alignment and communication with the company’s Hiring Mangers, HR Team and Legal Practices;</li><li>Source and update job descriptions and specifications as per the hiring needs and timelines;</li><li>Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives;</li><li>Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs using the workday recruiter</li><li>Source and recruit&nbsp;candidates by using databases, social media etc.;</li><li>Screen candidates resumes and job applications;</li><li>Organize and lead interviews together with the Hiring Managers using various reliable recruiting and&nbsp;selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule;</li><li>Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts through participation in professional/trade associations and other professional networking organizations;</li><li>Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms with the applicants;</li><li>Prepare and update analytical and well documented reports on a weekly basis for the status, associated risks and dependencies;</li><li>Keep systems and tools for tracking recruitment status and progress up-to-date;</li><li>Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.</li></ul> MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;(Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business or a related field</li><li>3-5 years of experience as a recruiter in Telecommunication, IT and/or technical resourcing</li><li>Strong ability to communicate written and verbally in German and English</li><li>Experience of sourcing passive candidates using social media and the latest direct sourcing tools;</li><li>Strong knowledge of Germany legislation relating Diversity and Inclusion, Right to Work and GDPR;</li><li>Experience of recruiting agile squads e.g., Software Engineering (Front end Developer, back-end Developer, Full stack Developer), Architecture (Cloud, Application), Security;</li><li>Excellent knowledge of your tech specialty and passion about the international tech market as a whole;</li><li>Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines;</li><li>Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems/Recruitment Management Systems;</li><li>Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices and methods;</li><li>Strong communication skills both internally as well as externally with candidates/recruitment agencies;</li><li>Strong executive presence, showing empathy and ability to&nbsp;influence;&nbsp;</li><li>Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to&nbsp;quality;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strong organization skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple, often conflicting priorities to successful&nbsp;completion;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Always&nbsp;operates&nbsp;with the highest levels of honesty, integrity and fidelity, acting in the best interest of the business&nbsp;always;&nbsp;</li><li>Resilient&nbsp;and&nbsp;approachable with the ability to work successfully in a dynamic, fast paced&nbsp;environment.</li></ul> RAKUTEN SHUGI PRINCIPLESOur worldwide practices describe specific behaviors that make Rakuten unique and united across the world.
