With your experiences in agile methods and supportive tools, you coach the development teams into continuous improvements and successful deliverables. By training the team you keep motivation and working skills UpToDate.</li><li>You are responsible for the introduction, operation, and improvement of the agile development process. You foster the agile principles within the R&amp;D teams and ensure understanding of all team members. The organization and moderation of daily scrum work, including sprints, planning-, review-, retrospective- and exchange meetings are in your hands. You support with the documentation and ticket-handling in Jira. The coordination of sprint backlog is one of your strengths.</li><li>You maintain communication with stakeholders at all levels and coach teams to further develop and intensify their communication. You engage with other transformational initiatives within Bosch to exchange experiences and take the opportunity to learn from others.</li><li>With your overarching and guiding capabilities, you support the Architects with the implementation of a modular product architecture and are responsible for overcoming any obstacles that may arise. Additionally, you are part of the organization for PI-planning sessions and provide support to the teams in moderating workshops.</li><li>Collaboration across multiple sites and cultures is key in our environment. You facilitate discussions and alternative approaches to guide the cross-functional and cross-sites teams towards a common goal.</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li><strong>Education: </strong>degree (Diploma/Master) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering</li><li><strong>Experience and Knowledge: </strong>well-founded practical experience in agile working and tools (e.g. T&amp;R tool Atlassian, JIRA) within engineering background, moderation skills, experience in working with stakeholders and experts at various organizational levels, experience in R&amp;D desired, advantageous in the heating segment</li><li><strong>Qualifications: </strong>training and certification as „Scrum Master“, coaching certification beneficial, willingness to travel (~10%)</li><li><strong>Personality: </strong>motivating, structured and excellent communicative, ability to coach and guide teams to performance and personal development</li><li><strong>Working Practice: </strong>pro-active, result-oriented, able to see the big picture</li><li><strong>Languages: </strong>excellent English language skills written and spoken, German is a plus</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p>Diversity and inclusion are not just trends for us but are firmly anchored in our corporate culture.
