The Marketing Communications department is a strong and dynamic in-house creative services team responsible for global marketing communications and brand management for the Bosch Communications, Sound and Audio portfolio covering the brands Bosch, Dynacord, Electro-Voice, RTS and Telex. The diverse product portfolio includes loudspeakers, audio electronics, intercom, public address systems and more – and targets an equally broad audience from musicians to governments to stadiums. Team members are based in Europe, the US, Singapore and China.</p><p>Digital Channel Management:</p><ul><li>Ensure our global / regional / local portfolio of digital channels best serve our customers, partners and brands</li><li>Ensure our global / regional / local portfolio of digital platforms address the needs of our brands and segments</li><li>Develop and execute digital marketing communications strategies across web, social media, email, blogs, and other digital communication tools</li><li>Manage and optimize digital marketing communications campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions</li><li>Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment of digital marketing communications efforts with overall business objectives</li></ul><p>Technical Expertise:</p><ul><li>Utilize technical knowledge of digital tools and platforms to enhance marketing communications effectiveness</li><li>Oversee the implementation and maintenance of digital marketing communications tools, including CRM, CMS, email marketing, and marketing automation systems</li><li>Manages the onboarding, ownership and access of digital channels including websites, content management systems, social media, project management software etc.</li><li>Ensure compliance with digital marketing communications regulations for digital channels</li><li>Collaborate with central IT and digital teams to integrate digital marketing communications platforms with other business systems as necessary</li></ul><p>Content Development and Optimization:</p><ul><li>Consult content creators on how to optimize content for various digital channels to best engage target audiences and support brand messaging</li><li>Utilize HTML, CSS, and content management systems to make necessary adjustments and enhancements</li></ul><p>Performance Monitoring and Analytics:</p><ul><li>Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing channels using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)</li><li>Prepare and present regular reports on global digital marketing communications performance and provide actionable insights</li><li>Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness</li><li>Support segment teams on digital reporting and analysis as necessary</li></ul><p>Innovation and Growth:</p><ul><li>Stay updated with the latest digital marketing communications trends, tools, and technologies</li><li>Identify and implement innovative digital marketing communications strategies to enhance user experience and engagement</li><li>Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and growth in digital marketing communications initiatives</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Information Technology, or related field</li><li>5+ years of experience in digital marketing communications, with a focus on strategy implementation and execution</li><li>Strong technical skills in digital tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, CRM, CMS, email marketing, and marketing automation</li><li>Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS) and experience with content management systems</li><li>Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)</li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to direct web development and design resources</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Language(s): English, German an advantage</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p>We offer flexible working models: from various part-time options to mobile working and job sharing.
