The role is lo</strong> <strong>cated in our Wroclaw office.</strong></p> <h2>ABOUT THE ROLE</h2> <p><strong>As a</strong> <strong>National/Regional Key Account Manager</strong> <strong>you’ll work on interesting responsibilities and</strong> <strong>you will play a crucial role in the Sales team, which keeps great attention to detail in order to meet customers needs.</strong></p> <h2>WHAT YOU WILL DO…</h2> <ul> <li>Take responsibility for new customer acquisition and build up sennder’s customer portfolio</li> <li>Conduct constant analysis (reports, sales KPIs) of the sales process in order to improve the efficiency</li> <li>Take full ownership over every step of the sales cycle</li> <li>Work directly with our key accounts to identify and develop new services and product offerings</li> <li>Coordinate with the operations department to ensure that the clients receive an exceptional service</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams such as Global Sales, Account Operations, Carrier Management, and Pricing</li> <li>Project manage multiple work streams that ultimately help to elevate our customer’s experience and add value to existing partnerships</li> </ul> <h2>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …</h2> <ul> <li>Proven experience in transport Sales, 2-5 years</li> <li>Proven experience in B2B Sales, <strong>in the logistics sector</strong></li> <li>Customer oriented approach</li> <li>Real hunter mentality with a knowledge of convincingly addressing an audience</li> <li>Self-starter with a hands-on working methodology</li> <li>Open for traveling to customers</li> <li>Excellent Polish and English skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT…</strong></p> <p>At sennder, we want to maximize the individual potential of all employees and reinforce an inclusive culture and environment of continuous learning that empowers people to succeed as a team.
