Target of the central function is the implementation of performance excellence initiatives in sales &amp; marketing across the business units.</p><p>We are therefore looking for a Specialist Go-to-Market supporting our team on Sales &amp; Marketing Excellence topics.</p><ul><li><strong>GTM &amp; Sales Strategy:</strong> You will contribute to our Go-to-Market &amp; Sales Strategy and work closely with the board and senior management of the business units.</li><li><strong>Channel strategy:</strong> You will analyze the channel strategy of selective product portfolios and derive improvement initiatives.</li><li><strong>Sales &amp; Marketing initiatives</strong>: Together with Sales &amp; Marketing Leadership, you will develop key tools and methods to improve our sales success. Therefore, you will develop standards for account management and roll them out globally.</li><li><strong>Measure tracking:</strong> You will ensure a structured follow-up on the implementation of the initiatives with state-of-the-art KPI’s &amp; steering tools, e.g., stakeholder specific sales action plans and funnel management.</li><li><strong>Target driven sales management:</strong> You will support a strong KPI driven &amp; high frequency sales management, by e.g., facilitating weekly performance dialogs.</li><li><strong>Team:</strong> As part of our motivated, experienced international and interdisciplinary Sales Excellence team, you will contribute to various Sales &amp; Marketing topics along the customer journey.</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.</li><li><strong>Personality and Working Practice:</strong> self-driven and proactive. Convincing and resilient with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong creative drive. Goal and result orientation, as well as problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills across all hierarchical levels.</li><li><strong>Experience and Knowledge:</strong> first experience in a consulting, business strategy or Sales &amp; Marketing function, preferably in a large international organization with B2B focus. Experience in lateral steering of cross-functional projects is a plus.</li><li><strong>Enthusiasm: </strong>willingness to travel of 10%.</li><li><strong>Languages:</strong> business fluent in English.
