<div>We're looking for a growth-driven, customer-focused (Senior) Field Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for the Benelux/Nordic region, fostering our position as a market leader to drive brand awareness, growth, and retention. This role requires a passion for results, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, creativity, and openness to test and learn. The successful candidate (m/f/d) has experience in partnering with the direct sales plus SDR team and partnership teams, an extensive B2B marketing background, and a deep understanding of the region. Your mission <ul> <li>Understand our buyer personas and shape of industries in the region to create and execute a regionally impactful marketing strategy and plan that strengthens our brand awareness as a market leader while also generating and accelerating new pipeline.</li> <li>Developing and executing a broad range of integrated marketing programs including events (support), brand, vertical, and account-based marketing campaigns to support regional sales objectives. This will include adaptions of global campaigns &amp; the creation of campaigns specifically for Benelux/Nordics.</li> <li>Work with media platforms, content syndication providers, associations and other external partners to promote existing campaigns and leverage potential for collaborative campaigns</li> <li>Partnering with the corporate communication team to deliver integrated plans in the region in line with the local strategy.
