Strong background in ops, product management, strategy or similar.</li> <li>Skilled in gathering and analysing data to identify key insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement in product operations</li> <li>Proficient in utilizing data visualization tools and analytics platforms to create insightful reports and presentations for key stakeholders</li> <li>Expertise in working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering and customer support, to ensure seamless product operations</li> <li>Proven ability to lead and manage a team of dedicated investing operations specialist, handling complex projects, effectively prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify root causes and propose innovative solutions to address operational challenges.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.</li> <li>Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks, enabling efficient delivery and iterative improvement processes.</li> <li>Continuous learner with a passion for staying updated on industry trends (in this regards esp.
