More information is available at <a href="http://www.avaloq.com">www.avaloq.com</a>  </p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Job Description</h2></div><div><p><strong>Your team</strong></p><p>You will be part of the SaaS Operating Center which is responsible to ensure stable platform operations of our Avaloq software and products for our clients.</p><p>As a Technical Business Analyst in L2-Application Support your task will consist of interacting with clients to assure service delivery, analysing customer requirements and solving incidents/issues in productive environment and monitoring to ensure application availability. You will coordinate with the service desk and other delivery units such as L3, project delivery and client management to resolve incidents and problems.<br>

<strong>Your mission </strong></p><ul><li>Become a technical expert of involved applications to be able to do impact analysis, troubleshooting or involve/co-ordinate with other teams</li><li>Follow incident management process end-to-end in a timely manner including triage of incident</li><li>High level analysis and consolidation of new client requirements</li><li>Support the development team implementing features with business know how</li><li>Manage end user’s expectation and other relevant stakeholders</li><li>On-boarding of new bank services in service delivery</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><p><strong>What you need </strong></p><ul><li>Fluency in English, very good written and spoken German (min. B2 Levell)</li><li>Strong in communication, able to relate to relevant internal and external stakeholders along with end users</li><li>Technical degree in IT or business related area</li><li>ITIL Incident, Problem and Change process knowledge</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills</li><li>Experience in the banking suite</li></ul><p><br>
