It’s why they trust us and believe in what we do. </p> <p><strong>THE ROLE</strong></p> <p>As a member of a highly motivated and very committed B2B Project Management Team, you are responsible for onboarding new B2B clients throughout Europe to the innovative Zattoo TV platform. As a Project Manager you will be the first point of contact for all questions and assignments surfacing during project implementation helping our customers to launch the best Internet TV solution. You maintain sustainable and strong relationships with customers and become a trusted advisor within the exciting area of a wide range of native TV Apps (including Android, iOS, web, Smart TVs). At the same time you will be the go-to person for internal stakeholders interfacing with several departments and ensuring that the aligned project plan fits internal development timelines. </p> <h2>WHAT YOU’LL DO</h2> <ul> <li>Prepare customer implementation (including scope, timeline, work streams)</li> <li>Own project plan and communicate project updates and achievements transparently with customers</li> <li>Maintain strong professional relationships with B2B customers and position yourself as the first point of contact for all implementation and service-related topics</li> <li>Manage internal and potential 3rd party stakeholders to assure timely delivery of release versions</li> <li>Assess new customer requests outside of initial contract scope and manage change request process if required</li> <li>Interface and collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Engineering, Content, Support, Sales, etc.</li> <li>Manage timely and smooth launch of customer solution</li> <li>Oversee financial cornerstones and project invoicing processes</li> </ul> <h2>WHAT YOU’LL BRING</h2> <ul> <li>Experience in project management within the Internet, IT, telecommunications or media sector</li> <li>Ability to quickly establish credibility and strong working relationships with customers</li> <li>Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills</li> <li>Strong interest in latest trends in video distribution technology and in the ongoing transformation of the TV and video consumption experience</li> <li>Desire to understand the technical side of Zattoo’s TV Platform business including technical requirements and the possibilities of Zattoo’s existing technology and platform</li> <li>High energy and self-motivation with willingness to independently come up with ideas, make action plans and implement them</li> <li>Team player mindset to collaborate with other colleagues</li> <li>Excellent written English and German skills.
