Welcome to Bosch.</strong></p><p>The Bosch Home Comfort Group is looking forward to your application!</p></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Job Description</h2></div><div><ul><li>As an international price manager you lead pricing projects to ensure the long-term profitable growth of our spare parts business in the changing environment with a strong focus on transition to heat pumps.</li><li>Your focus is on the international roll-out of our projects/tools to support our sales organization to achieve the profitability targets in all product segments.</li><li>You will drive business performance in one of our sales regions through the development of local pricing strategies together with sales/service in the markets.</li><li>Furthermore, you support market share analysis for spare parts and develop measures for growth.</li><li>Finally, you build up and maintain a strong network with the sales and service entities, business units as well as central stakeholders to achieve our common targets.</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Qualifications</h2></div><div><ul><li><strong>Education: </strong>excellent degree in Business, Business and Engineering, Strategy and Marketing or a similar qualification</li><li><strong>Experience and Knowledge:</strong> relevant professional experience in price management, sales, service or strategy; several years of proven project-leadership experience in an international environment</li><li><strong>Personality: </strong>dedicated, strongly goal-oriented, taking ownership, self-confident with professional speaking and communication skills across all hierarchy levels and to different target audience</li><li><strong>Working Practice:</strong> show initiative and develop new ideas, working strategically, conceptually and acting in an entrepreneurial manner, highly motivated/motivating, analytical and process oriented, proximity to our (internal) customers requires willingness to travel to supported countries</li><li><strong>Enthusiasm: </strong>motivated to work in an international team and customer centric business field within the Bosch Home Comfort Group</li><li><strong>Languages: </strong>very good in German and English (written and spoken), other language skills are welcome</li></ul></div></section><section><div><p></p><h2>Additional Information</h2></div><div><p>You want to work remotely or part-time - we offer great opportunities for mobile working as well as different part-time models or job-sharing.
