What does our 3 E indicate

1. Employability: Enhance the employability of the candidates by providing them global opportunities to work, earn, learn and grow through on the job training, internships, and apprenticeship programs thereby enhancing their socio-economic status. We include field and study trips also under this vertical.

2. Employment: After understanding the needs of the international clients for experienced, technical candidates, we source, recruit, train, and transfer candidates to the clients, thereby providing global employment opportunities to candidates.

3. Entrepreneurship: Encouraging entrepreneurship among the fresh graduates and providing them a platform to take this pathway as their career. We believe that if they have the potential to earn for others, then they can even earn for themselves.
